I am running for Three Rivers Park Commissioner to continue helping people connect with the outdoors and enjoy the benefits of being in nature. I am an avid outdoorswoman, Master Naturalist, and have a solid background in natural resources and environmental science. Additionally, I have spent many years both professionally and as a volunteer working towards sharing my enthusiasm for respecting our relationships to the natural world.
I believe that we have a duty to be wise stewards of our Three Rivers parks, trails and natural areas for future generations. We should all be proud, but not take for granted, that the Three Rivers Park District is nationally recognized for this commitment. If elected, I would be honored to serve you by continuing to promote these values that I hold dear to my heart.
